What we are looking for:
A Customer Success Rep @ GReminders.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing customer relationships while leading the prospects to full adoption of our product.
You will be expected to facilitate customer demos and be an expert on our product and familiar with products we integrate with.
You have a good phone personality, you are logical and quickly grasp how to use different applications.
You are organized. You are very familiar with Google Workspace/GSuite (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, etc…) and/or Microsoft Office/Outlook,
and have used Web Meeting applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc...
You have worked with CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Redtail, Wealthbox and others.
You know what terms like Data/Object Mapping, Sync, Chrome, Zoom, Firefox mean.
You can understand “business processes” and be solution oriented.
Your day will consist of having prospects/customers book meetings with you where you will need to understand the problems the customer
is facing and solve with our solution. You will spend much of your day on Zoom calls sharing screens and being solution oriented.
You may be making outbound calls to prospects who are trialing the system.

We do expect you to have a fixed schedule that can be relied upon.
It can be different on Monday vs Tuesday, but you will need to
commit to a time schedule, customers will be booking on your calendar and expect you to be there.
In addition to talking with Users/Prospects/Customers, we may ask you to write Support/Knowledgebase/How To Articles,
and you may be asked to test the software from time to time around new releases.
We also expect you to provide feedback, tell us what the customers are saying, what you are hearing. Again, be solution oriented.
You can work from anywhere. This is a remote position.
We do need you to have a quiet environment that allows you to be on calls without background noise.
You may be on web camera from time to time (via Zoom) on customer calls.
You will work with seasoned SaaS Founders and Engineers side by side growing the business in a meaningful way.
