Greminders allows you to create automated scheduling for your team.
All-Together Team Events
You can set up all-together team events where Greminders will look for a time when all members of the team are available for scheduling.
- Location: Determined by the team’s organizer.
- Virtual Meetings: If a Zoom link is used, it will be the organizer’s Zoom link.
Round-Robin Team Events
Round-robin team scheduling is typically used for first-time appointments.
- Scheduling: Greminders will look for the first available team member to schedule with.
- Priority: Allocation priority can be set to high, medium, and low priority levels.
- Location: Each team member determines their own location.
