GReminders is compatible with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook. It lets you send appointment reminders to your clients and customers and also allows them to book meetings with you directly. GReminders can be used with your Microsoft Outlook calendar or your Office 365 calendar.
First thing you want to do is click login and then sign in with Microsoft.
You’ll need to accept a few permissions so the calendar is connected to our system fill out your profile. Your mobile number is important you also need to fill in your title and if you have a website fill that in.
Next you’ll answer a few questions about how you will use the system and then here is where you choose which calendars you’d like to connect GReminders is now connected to your Microsoft Calendar.
Let’s jump to our calendar and add a phone number to an event to send our first reminder. You need to tell the system where to send the reminder to. You’ll need to make sure that you add the phone number into either the event title or the event description. We’ll make a couple of events here in this one we’re putting the phone number in the title dashes and spaces are not necessary but you can put them if you like the next event. We’re going to put the information into the description. It’s completely up to you as to where you put it. Next we’re going to go back to GReminders and you will see the phone number has synced into these new appointments. If you click on the event you’ll be able to see what reminder will be sent and when every account has a 24-hour reminder already in the system.
