Sharing Your Scheduling Calendar Link

Welcome to Greminders! In this video, we’ll discuss sharing your scheduling link. If you use automated scheduling, making sure your scheduling link is readily available to clients is key. From the Share My Links screen, you can access your online scheduling calendar. From this page, your clients can choose from multiple event types, such as an initial consultation for new clients or an annual review for existing clients.

To share the link, simply click on the copy button next to the link. Notice you can change the name of the link below. We’ll talk about where to paste that link in a moment, but let’s first look at other links that you may wish to share. Click on the Event Type menu; this is where you set up individual events, and you can share a link that will take clients directly to that event scheduling calendar.

Next, we’ll click on Teams. Your team’s calendars are completely separate from your individual event types, and you can even choose a different look for your team scheduling calendar. To share the team calendar, select the copy button next to the team scheduling link. If you have multiple team events, you can share specific team event links.

Now that you know where to find your scheduling links, let’s look at where you can place them. We’ll start with the most obvious: the signature in your email. You can set up multiple signatures with links to different types of events as well. You can place links in various places on your website, and you can embed your scheduling calendar on a page on your website or create a pop-up scheduling calendar.

You may have a list of contacts in your company; under each contact, you can create a link to that individual scheduling calendar and include links to your round-robin team scheduling calendar. Control the look of your calendar under the Look and Feel menu, and at the bottom of the screen, you can allow your clients to place your booking link onto their iOS or Android phone’s home screen. This way, your clients are constantly reminded of your services and can schedule any time with a couple of taps.

There’ll be a link at the end of this video on customizing the look of your calendar and using the home screen link option. Let’s talk about how and where to place your link on printed matter. You can create a QR code of your link and include it on your business card, brochures, or even company signage. You can even place a link on promotional items.

Finally, copy the scheduling link, go to client reminders, and set up a follow-up reminder. In this case, we’ll make it for two weeks, then type out a message and paste the link we just copied. How simple is that? Greminders makes it easy to share all your scheduling links so you can keep a steady stream of appointments on your calendar and grow your business.
