Managed Reminder Templates Overview Video

You can manage reminder templates for your entire team under the Management menu.

Let’s start with a new client reminder template:

  1. Choose the custom criteria you would like to use to trigger a reminder (in this case, the meeting type).
  2. Determine what type of reminder to send.
  3. Customize your message and include auto replies.
  4. Finally, assign this reminder template to profiles.

When a user under a selected profile clicks on Client Reminders, the reminder template set up under Management is available. You can lock sections of the template or allow users to make changes.
