Introducing Pre Meeting Briefs

Pre Meeting Preparation Briefs are summaries of all of your recent interactions with the client SINCE your last discussion.

If you have GReminders connected to the CRM (you should), GReminders will pull the most recent notes and interactions from your systems and summarize them for easily digestible content.

This will by default sent to you in an email 1 hour prior to the Call OR you can access these per meeting summaries at any time from the Event Detail Page.

Here you will see some Conversation Starters, including Client Overview, Action Items, and various things to review and discuss in your call.

You can also customize timing on when the system sends you Pre Meeting Briefs. Go to your Profile, you can select 7 days prior to 1 hour prior (or disable it completely). You Decide.

How to Access Pre Meeting Briefs

The underlying source data comes mostly from your CRM Notes (on the related Contacts, Households and Accounts), so this is mostly useful when GReminders is connected to your CRM (Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, Pipedrive, Active Campaign, etc…). Pre Meeting Brief data can also come from previous meeting summaries that stem from AI Notetaker Summaries and Recordings. So even if you do not have a CRM connected and are using AI Notetaker the system can pull summaries from previous calls/meetings.

Currently this is a Feature of the Business Plan.

How to Share Pre Meeting Briefs

Under your Profile you can automatically always sahre your Pre Meeting Brief Emails to your Team members or Staff that supports you. Just enter their email and they will be CCed on these Pre Meeting Briefs prior to the meeting.

Want to Control which Content Pre meeting Briefs pulls information from?

Enter Pre Meeting Brief Templates. If you are using Redtail / Wealthbox / Salesforce and other CRMs you can filter your the content being considered for Pre Meeting Briefs using Tags, Categories or Types. (Depending on your CRM)

Create a Pre Meeting Brief Template (all criteria to start) and you can determine how far back the system goes to collect notes (to the last meeting, or to a fixed timeframe). For example if you are doing Annual Reviews you can always have the system go back 12 months.

And IF you are categorizing notes and activities the system can filter against Tags, Categories or Tags depending on the CRM you are using.
