Under Org Settings are general settings, which allow administrators on the account to control settings for the entire organization. For example, the admin can override notification settings, specifying specific phone numbers or email addresses to receive notifications. Other basic settings can also be determined for the organization here.

Users on our Pro or Business plans can select a dedicated number from which all text or voice call reminders will originate. We’re often asked if we can use an existing number, and unfortunately, this is considered spoofing and is prohibited by our carriers.
