GReminders can be used to easily remind your staff, team, contractors, or employees using sms or text reminders to show up to scheduled meetings. There are a few ways that this can be done, you can simply put your staff’s phone number in the event on your calendar and it will send them a reminder just as it does your clients. Or you could set up a keyword let’s try out the keyword option. From the GReminders homepage you’re going to hit the cogwheel in the upper right hand corner. That will bring you to your admin screen. Click on keywords and then add my first keyword. We are going to use the word “staff” you’ll put the phone numbers in this field down here. Simply press enter in between or return in between each number and that will separate them out for the system. When you’re all done putting the phone numbers in you’re going to click create. Now add this keyword into one of the events that we want to remind our staff to show up to. Simply write staff somewhere in the event title click save and you’ll see it on your calendar. We’re going to go back to GReminders and head back to the home page we’ll refresh that and you’ll see down here we have that staff important review event. If you click on it you’ll see it pulled all the phone numbers from our keyword page and you’ll be able to see the message that is going out. It’s that simple to remind your staff to show up via sms or text messages to show up to their scheduled times.
