You can set up custom questions to use during scheduling. Let’s take a look at one that’s already set up:
- Create a name for the question.
- Specify the question you would like your clients to answer.
- Provide any information that might be necessary to clarify how to answer.
- Indicate how you would like the question answered (e.g., text, radio buttons, or checkboxes).
- You can include a default value.
- For checkboxes or radio buttons, include a list of answers. Each answer will be assigned a custom variable that you can use in your reminders.
In your event type templates, under Form Questions, select Add a Question. Under Pre-existing Questions, select a custom question that you would like to use for this event type. It will be added to the form instantly.
In your reminder templates, create custom content that includes the answer to custom questions. You’ll find the custom variable in the dropdown menu. This is a powerful way to use reminders.
