Personal Reminders

Personal reminders can be set up to send reminders or notifications to you or specific people on your team when criteria are met.

In this example, when the words “wills” and “trusts” are detected in the event description, an email is sent to an estate planning attorney, letting her know about the meeting and inviting her to stop by.

She has given the variable that allows her to add the meeting to her calendar. Her email address is then added as a recipient, and she’ll receive this message each time the same criteria are met.
